This is a thread from SawMill Creek Woodworker's Forums. The original poster, Tom LaRussa, wanted to build a small bowsaw with a deep blade for cutting dovetails. He also wanted a pistol-grip type handle, rather than the typical turned ball. The thread follows the entire design and construction process with other Creeker's throwing in advice along the way. At the end we are treated to the final product.
