Galoot Glossary
- Zero Clearance
- 1. A hinge that allows unobstructed access for pullout shelves or drawer when a door is open to 90 degrees or more. This means that the door will not protrude into the area of the cabinet opening when open. This is only possible in a full overlay door layout. 2. An insert for a table saw that leaves minimal space around the blade to eliminate the possibility of cut-offs falling into the hole.
