American walnut, amber shellac, varnish. Cordovan dyed leather handle. One latch locks. 11 1/2 inches front to back, 25 inches side to side, 5 1/2 inches tall. Half-blind dovetails throughout. The front, back, top, and bottom are 1/2 inches thick while each end is 3/4 inches thick.
