Whatzit - back side

My dad (who knows everything) wasn't quite sure about this one .. came from the shop of a elderly gentleman who was a metalworker. Anyone? (sorta looks like an apple peeler to me!!)

Your dad can start being sure again. You are right, it is an apple peeler. Fix the apple in the gap between the axles, move the small loop to the end of the apple and start turning. Good luck!
